Rebecca Nash, National Training Manager at Seetec Outsource, leads a team of coaches delivering the Employability Practitioner apprenticeship within private, public and third-sector organisations across the country.
The programme is aimed at practitioners delivering employability programmes across a range of settings, from careers advice and guidance services, to housing, probation, health and social care. It builds the specialist knowledge and skills needed to help individuals overcome barriers in order to secure suitable and sustainable employment.
