The Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) has announced their shortlist for the 2023 British Credit Awards and Seetec Outsource have been nominated for “Supplier of the Year.”
The awards will be held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel on the 2nd February 2023. This is a testament to the training specialists and apprenticeship development coaches and the quality of the service that they have provided over the last twelve months.
Roy Barrow, the Apprenticeship Development Coach for both the L2 Credit Controller/Collector and L3 Advanced Credit Controller/Debt Collection Specialist qualifications, said the following on the announcement: “The team at Seetec Outsource have worked extremely hard over the past couple of years to streamline our apprenticeship offerings in the Credit Management sphere. We are now seeing the fruits of our labour with learners achieving their qualifications and I am proud that this has been recognised by the industry in being nominated for this Supplier of the Year award.”
Roy, along with colleagues Julie Gorman and Sue Crichton, have overseen an overhaul of the delivery models on offer, working with CICM for the technical element of the courses. This has implemented more structure to the learners and more visibility to the business as a training provider, which has led to the successful learner outcomes of the past year.
Sue, Sector Specialist for Credit Control echoed those sentiments: “I am super proud along with my team to be nominated for the Supplier of the Year award at the British Credit Awards. As the Sector Specialist for Credit Control, I have worked hard over the last 2 years to create a blended learning programme with CICM. This is now delivered by CICM & Roy Barrow, our Apprenticeship Development Coach and we are now starting to see our Apprentices achieve their deserved qualifications.”
