Designed for individuals with responsibility for managing teams and/or projects, you’ll develop the skills you need to achieve operational or departmental goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities could include coaching and mentoring, creating and delivering operational plans, managing change and finance or resource management. You’ll develop a broad skillset that can be applied across a range of roles and industry sectors.

Professional recognition and certification:
There are no mandatory qualifications for this programme, although some employers may embed the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) level 5 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management.
You’ll be eligible to register as a full member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) when you successfully complete the programme.
You’ll also be able to apply for Chartered Manager status through the CMI once you have three years of management experience.
